Red Rocks Canyon, NV outside Las Vegas was our first primary destination. We reached it on our fourth day of travel. From there, we headed northeast, pausing at Gooseberry Mesa,UT for some biking before continuing to Zion Canyon and Moab, UT.

What an amazing trip. So bummed I didn't get to meet you!
ReplyDeleteI know! Biggest downside to the trip for sure.
DeleteGorgeous pictures.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great trip! We used to climb out your way when we lived in NJ. New River, The Red, Obed. We have not been to red rocks but always wanted to go. We have gotten out of climbing due to other time consuming activities, but if you are out this way again, we should go to Bishop for some awesome bouldering and camping!
ReplyDeleteI've always wanted to try out Bishop! Not sure when or where my next trip will be. I'll definitely keep you in mind when we're out that way eventually!
DeleteI'm so sad I didn't get to me you either! Especially since you were less than twenty minutes away. Dang job.. :(
ReplyDeleteThat sunrise is amazing! What a beautiful area. I really want to visit out west again. I've been to Vegas once for the FEI World Cup, but we didn't have time to explore the desert. Someday though. :)
I'm glad you guys had so much fun on your trip!
Damn job indeed, but work is work, I suppose! Next time for sure. =)
